Everyone needs a good night’s sleep! It’s good for the body, giving you the chance to recuperate after a hard day’s work. But most importantly it’s good for the mind.

Mental health issues cannot be helped, it’s not your fault! We need to remove the stigma from mental health issues and that can only been done by talking about it. Don’t feel ashamed that you need to take a mental health day off work. Don’t feel like you can’t talk to people about how you’re feeling. And get a great night’s sleep!
